Anger Alchemy

Join Us for the Anger Alchemy Workshop Series – An 8-week Group Workshop Series to Rebuild a Healthy Relationship with Anger

Start: April 2025

Anger alchemy - an 8 week online workshop series to help you rebuilt a healthy relationship with anger

Anger has long been misunderstood.

We’ve been taught to fear it, suppress it, or feel shame for expressing it. But what if your anger wasn’t something to fight against, but something to feel, understand, integrate, and alchemize into a powerful force for growth and truth?

Anger Alchemy is an 8-week transformational group workshop series that will help you reconnect with your anger as a healthy, life-affirming emotion. Together, we will explore how to trust the truth that anger reveals and learn how to channel it into confidence, boundaries, and personal power.

Explore the roots of perfectionism: childhood trauma or emotional neglect, and take the steps to heal and overcome your perfectionism.

What You’ll Experience

In this workshop series, you’ll be guided through 8 live zoom calls (2 hours each) with dynamic discussions, somatic exercises, and Q&A sessions designed to support you on this journey. Between sessions you’ll have access to:

– Body-centered reflection exercises

Audio exercises to deepen the experience

– A closed community space for group discussions and support

With limited spots available, this is your change to join an intimate, supportive group of women as we unlock the wisdom and strength hidden within anger.

Why Anger Matters for Your Growth

Anger isn’t the problem, disconnection from your anger is. Suppressed anger can manifest as burn-out, lack of boundaries, resentment, or even chronic physical and emotional pain. When you learn to feel anger in a healthy way, it becomes a compass guiding you toward:

– Clearer boundaries and authentic self-expression

– Confidence in your decisions and desires

– Trusting your truth and wisdom

– Emotional freedom and self-compassion

Together we will explore the alchemy of anger – how to process and release stored anger, integrate its lessons, and use it as a force to stand firmly in your power

Don’t wait to reclaim your power. your anger holds a truth you’re meant to hear, and we’re here to help you feel it, process it, and alchemize it into strength, clarity, and confidence.

Anger Alchemy is Designed for People Who:
