What this practice does

You will work with the blockages connected to your throat, listen to what they protect, and gently meet the unprocessed pain from the past that created them.

How it works
Through guided somatic awareness, this exercise invites you to slow down and listen inward. You will feel into the sensations that arise when you want to speak, recognize the deeper fears stored in your body, and connect with the younger part of you that learned silence was safer. From there, you begin releasing the stuck energy and integrating what was missing at the time.
What is a somatic exercise
