How does it work?

In the video Myrthe will go into more detail but the full session is recommended to start with, and the healing artwork & vocal exercise is for anytime you need a boost or a reminder, or if you feel the need to release and express stuck and heavy energy or emotions.
All you need for either of the audios or videos is a comfy spot, some headphones and an open attitude. Myrthe’s voice will guide you through everything.
How do I listen to the audios and what will I experience?
Just find a comfortable spot at home or somewhere you feel safe, where you can’t be disturbed, put on some headphones, close your eyes and let Myrthe’s voice guide you.
The somatic exercise will help you to understand yourself on a deeper level. It will take you into your body and subconscious mind, and it will help you to travel into your past to explore and discover where the problems you are experiencing now, once originated. Together with the guidance of Myrthe, you will solve your problems at the root, and feel, release, heal and integrate all your lost parts or negative experiences, from your past.
This can cause you to experience memories of events from the past that you have suppressed out of shame, fear, anger or unsafety. Myrthe will guide you through these events, and ask you questions about the surroundings, about you, and about how you feel.
Know that you can always step out of the situation, when it doesn’t feel good. Myrthe is with you, and your present, adult self is with you too. When you open your eyes, you are out of it. Shake, sing, dance or listen listen to the healing and soothing artwork afterwards, if you feel like it.
You can also listen to the healing artwork separately if you feel like you need some reminders, relaxation, or to calm down, regulate and reset your nervous system.
Is it safe to do it on my own?
Yes! It is. Myrthe will guide you in a simple, soft and easy way into your body and subconscious mind. She will not help you to space out or experience all kinds of transcendental, and out of body experiences. Definitely not! Her work is very soft, gentle, and basic. You keep being part of your reality now, in your body, and Myrthe will guide you back to yourself every time by asking questions about how you feel, how your body feels, and what your past and present self need.
Know that you can always step out of the exercise and pause the audio, when it doesn’t feel good. Myrthe is with you, and your present, adult self is with you too. When you open your eyes, you are out of it. Shake, sing, dance or listen to the healing and soothing artwork afterwards, if you feel like it.
If you feel scared or not comfortable to do it on your own, ask someone you trust and that cares about you, to do it together.
How often can I use the toolkit?
As often as you would like!
The toolkit was designed so that you already feel the change you made after 1 time of using all of the tools in it. The techniques used in the toolkit are also used by Myrthe in her 1:1 sessions.
What’s important to realize about the brain is that the brain works on neural pathways. The first time you use the toolkit, a new neural pathway will be created, but it’s not a deeply embedded program yet. The more you do something, the deeper this new program gets engraved into your system. So the more often you use the toolkit, the more you will create and experience lasting change in your life.
The healing artwork is made specifically to help you remind yourself of the work you have been doing with the toolkit and to give you a boost every time you listen to it.
How long will it take before I see results?
That’s totally different for everyone: some people notice a major shift right after the first time of using the toolkit. They feel like they have shifted something in their paradigm of reality and already look at themselves, their struggles, anxiety and their life in a different way!
For others, the changes might build up more gradually in more subtle ways. After a few weeks or months, they look back at when they started and suddenly realized how different they have been behaving and thinking since then.
Repetition is key, and healing from your past and stepping out of old paradigms and dysfunctional loops of behavior, takes time.
But what’s most important is that you will start to integrate everything that you have learned into your daily life.

Meet our founder

Hi, I’m Myrthe Glasbergen, an Occupational Health Psychologist (MSc.), coach, intuitive singer and creator.
It was during my work as a life and job coach that I found myself limited by traditional tools of psychology, healing and personal growth because of their non-holistic approach and sole focus on cognition, mindset and words.
Because I wanted more for my clients and for myself too – nothing human was strange to me, I had always experienced anxiety, insecurity, feelings of depression and perfectionism in my life – I went on a search to find out what it is that people truly need to become free, happy, fulfilled, authentic and empowered human beings.
I quickly discovered that the real reason why people are struggling or experiencing e.g. anxiety or stress in life, isn’t cognitive at all, but emotional and physical and related to negative childhood experiences or even trauma, that are still present in the body and unconsciously dictating and controlling people’s life.
I then wanted to create a tool that could help as many people as possible to truly heal and overcome life’s adversities. In my life I had always used art as a tool for healing and self-expression, and I quickly understood that art was the answer I was looking for.
I started to create healing artworks, but felt that I wanted to expand my work and teach as many people as possible about the real reason of their suffering and how they can help themselves to heal, and to become free, authentic, confident and empowered human beings.
