Note: There’s no right or wrong when doing our exercises. Just work with what comes up first, and open yourself up for the experience.
1. Meditation – Regulating the Nervous System – Safe Haven (14 min)
A meditation especially made for you if you feel stressed, anxious, depressed, numb, or frustrated. Most of the time when we feel this way our nervous system is dysregulated. We are in a state of survival or fear, and our fight, flight or freeze responses are activated.
It helps you with creating the safety inside that you need, to surrender, and to get out of survival mode. It brings you peace, safety and comfort. You’re ok. You’re safe.
2. Somatic Exercise – Healing the Body (30 min)
This Somatic Exercise helps you to get to know yourself on a deep level, express heavy & stuck emotions, soothe and reparent your (hurt) inner parts (child), regulate your nervous system, and transform your self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns in your daily life. Reconnect with your body and heal it!
3. Emotion Inquiry – Invite & Express (36 min)
This Emotion Inquiry Exercise is designed to help you gain insight into which emotions are suppressed in your body and subconsciously running the show. You will learn how to reconnect with your body and suppressed emotions. You will learn how to witness yourself, how to feel the sensations of the suppressed emotions in your body, and how to express them in a healthy way. In this way you can step into your true, authentic, emotionally mature self who feels empowered and inspired.
4. Healing Music – Parellel Earth (12 min)
The healing journey ‘Parallel Earth’ is an intuitively created meditation and piece of art with healing music, spoken word, poetry, voice healing and song that helps you to get into a state of relaxation and receptivity. It aims to open your heart for the beauty and magic of life and awaken you to the visions & dreams you hold inside. Just put on some headphones, close your eyes and surrender to the journey, you will return as a different person!
