“In connection with our bodies, each other and the earth, new culture emerges.”

How does your body feel today? Have you been able to make room for what is alive?

What would it be like to express what is really going on?

During a ‘Back in my body’ event we make room for the body, for feeling and expression. With somatic exercises, meditation and dance, every evening is a unique journey in which I will guide you with love. I (Iris) work as a body-oriented therapist and want to create more spaces where life energy and emotion can flow.

Practical:

– Walk-in from 19:15, we start at 19:30 so make sure you are there on time.
– The evenings can still be booked separately, a series will start in September. (more information will follow)
– Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
– No experience with somatic work? No problem, I would like to speak to you in advance.

Meet The Host

Iris Savonije is a body-centered therapist, writer and creator who is fascinated about the body and feeling the feelings, with a special focus on anger! For Beyond Psychology Iris creates blogs, videos, courses and (online) workshops, and she works as a 1-on-1 guide and practitioner.

Iris Savonije is a body-centered therapist, writer, and creator with a deep fascination for the intelligence of the body and the power of feeling deeply. Her work centers on guiding women to process stored anger and trauma through embodied, somatic practices — helping them reconnect with their truth and alchemize suppressed emotions into strength.

At Beyond Psychology, Iris creates blogs, videos, courses, and (online) workshops that support emotional healing and nervous system regulation. She also works 1-on-1 with clients, offering grounded and intuitive guidance for those ready to meet themselves more fully. Her approach is warm, present, and deeply attuned — always with a focus on what the body knows and the wisdom it holds.
