Hey dear one,
Good to see you here. Because spreading the work of self-awareness, healing, transformation and empowerment is the most important thing for us to do and part of our life’s mission, we have created an option for you to join HeArt journey for free.
There’s no catch whatsoever, just us wanting to help as many people as we possibly can to heal themselves and become conscious, free, authentic and inspiring human beings who make the world a better place.
On the platform there are several places, moments and options for you to donate something if you feel like it, but you are never obligated to do that. It’s all free of choice and charge.
When you sign up you will receive an email with a confirmation and a login and password (this can take up to 1 day), so that you can start your healing journey immediately!

How do I sign up?
When you choose the free option, you only have to fill in the form found above. You will receive a confirmation through email with a login and password for the platform and more information on how to start.
How does it work?
On the online platform you will find the step-by-step healing journey, the library, meditations, visualizations, somatic exercises and the link to our community app. You can follow the journey at your own pace and time. Every Sunday you will receive an update from Myrthe and once per month you will receive an email with the announcement of a live Q&A via zoom.
