What this exercise does

The wound of unworthiness often forms early in life, through emotional neglect, criticism, or moments when you didnโ€™t feel seen, chosen, or safe to be yourself. This exercise guides you back to the origin of those beliefs, helps you connect with the part of you that carries them, and supports you in releasing the pain and shame stored in your body. By working at the root, you begin restoring a felt sense of worth instead of trying to think your way into self-love.

How it works

This somatic practice gently guides you to tune into your body and follow its signals into the subconscious. Youโ€™ll explore where unworthiness lives in you, trace it back to its childhood origins, and allow suppressed emotions to move and integrate. By meeting the wounded inner part with presence and care, the belief of being โ€œnot enoughโ€ begins to loosen its grip.
