A guided somatic session for orgasm blockages
You can’t orgasm with a partner, but you can alone, and that is not a sign that something is broken in you, or in your body. Alone, nothing is watching. With someone else, some part of you learned, long before this relationship, that being fully seen while wanting was not safe. That part is still standing guard, and it is doing exactly what it learned to do.
This guided somatic session helps you find the exact place your body holds back when you can’t orgasm with a partner, and what it has been protecting you from. The same work I do in sessions, available whenever you need it.

You likely learned early, and often, to hold parts of yourself back in front of others.
Your wanting, your sound, your size, your need to take your time, all of it registered somewhere as too much, so you learned to make it small. Alone, none of that is at stake. There is no one to read, no one to please, no one whose reaction you have to manage. So the body opens without a fight.
With a partner, the same body that opens so easily alone closes, or holds back at the edge, because being witnessed activates exactly what learned to disappear.
What this session does
This is a full somatic session, body-based and trauma-informed, following the same arc I use with clients in my practice as a psychologist. If you can’t orgasm with a partner, this is where it starts to shift: you return to the body at the moment orgasm turns back or falls short, and trace the sensation to what it is holding and why. You meet the belief underneath, the age it began, and the need that went unmet at the time, without judgment and without trying to force anything open.
As you meet that need directly, and give yourself, in private, the permission you never received, your nervous system starts to learn what it has never been shown: that being witnessed like this is not dangerous.
Why somatic work matters here
This pattern does not live in your understanding of it. You can know exactly why this happens and still feel your body hold back in the moment, with no way to reach it from thought alone. What changes that is not more insight, but a felt, body-level inquiry: meeting the block where it actually lives, instead of reasoning with it from a distance. That is what this session makes possible.
A note before you begin
If you recognized the pattern of opening alone and closing with someone else, that recognition is enough to begin. For some, what sits underneath is shame. For others, it runs deeper, into disgust, or into something from much earlier that pleasure got tangled up with. Whatever is there is allowed to surface. You do not need to understand where it comes from first, and you do not need to be afraid of what you find. You only need to be willing to let your body be witnessed by you, before it is witnessed by anyone else.
That is what Release is for.
A guided audio session, available the moment you purchase. You can stream or download it, and return to it as many times as you like.
Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down, press play, and follow the audio. Headphones aren't required, but they help you stay with it.
No. You don't need the right words, or a clear memory, or a story ready to tell. This works directly with the body, not with what you can already explain.
Yes. Most people return to it more than once, especially when the pattern it works with gets activated again. It's yours to keep.
No. It's a practical tool drawn from the same somatic approach used in clinical work, meant to use on your own or alongside therapy, not instead of it when ongoing support is needed.

One session. Repeatable. Available the moment you need it — which is often not when you planned it.

I found a wall inside me I didn’t know was there. Not shame exactly, something closer to disgust, old, and tangled up with something from very early on in my childhood that I’d never connected to this before. As I stayed with it, I could feel how long I’d been holding my whole body away from pleasure just to avoid touching that wall. The session helped me work through it, slowly, and something in me finally let go. Afterward my whole body felt warm instead of cold. The next time I was intimate with myself, the conflict I always used to feel wasn’t there anymore. It was just pleasure, without anything fighting it. The conflict I used to feel during pleasure was just gone.
