Signal
A guided somatic session for healing triggers
You know the feeling. Something happens, often something small, and suddenly the reaction is much larger than the situation warrants. Your heart races, your chest tightens, you go cold or hot or silent or sharp. And somewhere underneath the reaction, even as it is happening, a part of you knows: this is not really about what just happened.
This 40-minute guided somatic session for healing triggers takes you to where the trigger actually lives, not the situation that activated it, but the earlier wound it is pointing back to. The same work I do in sessions, available whenever you need it.

Triggers feel disproportionate because they are.Â
What activates them in the present is rarely what they are about. They are signals, pointing back to earlier experiences where something was left unresolved: an emotion that was not safe to feel, a wound that never had the chance to complete, a part of you that was left behind in a moment that was too much to process at the time.
Every time a trigger fires, it is not the present moment speaking. It is that unresolved moment, still alive in your nervous system, asking to finally be met.Â
What this session does
This is a full somatic session, body-based and trauma-informed, following the same arc I use with clients in my practice as a psychologist. In 40 minutes, you move into a trigger as it lives in your body and nervous system, not to suppress it or analyze it away, but to trace it back to where it actually began. You feel what was not safe to feel then, and you meet the part of you that was left behind in that earlier moment. As that part is acknowledged and integrated, the charge that keeps the trigger alive in the present can begin to settle.
Every time you need it.Â
Why somatic work matters here
Triggers do not live in your reasoning about them. You can understand exactly what sets you off and still feel the same reaction the next time it happens, because the trigger was never a thought. It is a nervous system response formed in an earlier moment of threat, and it lives in the body. What shifts it is not more understanding but direct, felt experience: meeting the emotion underneath, tracing it to its origin, and letting what was left unresolved finally complete.
That is what this session makes possible.Â
A note before you begin
If you recognize the reactions that feel larger than what just happened, that recognition is enough. You do not need to know which wound the trigger points back to before you begin. You only need to be willing to follow the signal back to where it came from.
That is what Signal is for.
A guided audio session, available the moment you purchase. You can stream or download it, and return to it as many times as you like.
Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down, press play, and follow the audio. Headphones aren't required, but they help you stay with it.
No. You don't need the right words, or a clear memory, or a story ready to tell. This works directly with the body, not with what you can already explain.
Yes. Most people return to it more than once, especially when the pattern it works with gets activated again. It's yours to keep.
No. It's a practical tool drawn from the same somatic approach used in clinical work, meant to use on your own or alongside therapy, not instead of it when ongoing support is needed.

One session. Repeatable. Available the moment you need it — which is often not when you planned it.
