What this practice does
Feelings of unworthiness often develop early in life, when emotional safety, attunement, or validation were missing. Over time, these experiences can settle into a deep belief that you are not lovable, not enough, or fundamentally flawed. This somatic exercise helps you return to the moment where this belief took shape, so it can be understood, felt, and healed at its origin.
By working directly with the body and subconscious, you begin integrating what was once suppressed and create space for a more stable, compassionate relationship with yourself.
How it works
Through guided somatic awareness, you are invited to enter your body and subconscious mind. You will revisit the moment when the unworthiness wound was created, feel the emotions that were not safe to express at the time, and gently reprogram the belief that formed in response.
As these emotions are processed and integrated, the belief of not being enough can loosen its grip, making room for self-trust, authenticity, and self-acceptance.
What is a somatic exercise
A somatic exercise uses the body as an entrance to the subconscious. Instead of trying to change beliefs through affirmations or positive thinking, you work with sensation, emotion, and memory as they are stored in the body. This allows beliefs like unworthiness to be reprogrammed at their root.
