Spela Vehar
Trauma-Informed Women’s Health Specialist
Spela Vehar is a trauma-informed nutritionist and independent researcher exploring the deep relationship between trauma, metabolism, chronic symptoms, and natural living.
Her work goes far beyond traditional nutrition or quick-fix weight loss. Spela looks at the emotional, relational, and systemic roots of health issues: how chronic stress, food patterns, suppressed anger, and early survival strategies shape the body. She helps people understand why their weight, inflammation, and symptoms exist in the first place, and guides them toward gentle, sustainable change rooted in authenticity rather than pressure or perfectionism.
Working at the intersection of trauma, somatic wisdom, and nutritional science, Spela supports people in reconnecting with their natural rhythms, intuitive eating patterns, and a lifestyle that honors the body’s inherent intelligence. Her approach integrates 15 years of research, lived experience, and hands-on coaching with individuals and groups. She believes that true health emerges when we return to a way of living that is slower, more creative, and more connected to nature.
Spela specializes in themes such as emotional eating, chronic inflammation, stress physiology, food addictions, and the mind–body connection. Her guidance is known for being warm, practical, and deeply insightful, helping people recognize the messages behind their symptoms and shift their lifestyle in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
Through her online courses, community offerings, and one-on-one guidance (only available if you have followed one of her courses), she creates a space where people can understand their health story with compassion, reconnect with their authenticity, and make gradual changes that naturally transform their wellbeing. Her philosophy is simple: when people feel safe enough to stop performing and return to who they truly are, their body follows.
Spela is here not just to support sustainable weight loss or symptom relief, but to help people build a life that nourishes them on all levels, so healing becomes a natural expression of living in alignment with themselves.
