Kai Njeri is a birthworker, regenerative systems thinker, designer, and community weaver based in Tanga, Tanzania. Rooted in deep Nature connection, she works at the intersection of ecology, healing, gender, and justice — supporting people to remember they are Nature. Whether through food sovereignty, sexual and reproductive health, or forest-inspired design, Kai channels the wisdom of the Earth into every space she enters.

Kai is a birth worker, systems designer, and mentor who guides people through transitions. From conception, pregnancy, postpartum, to creative or personal rebirth. Her sessions weave emotional grounding, body-based wisdom, and regenerative insight to help you feel rooted, centered, and connected to your deeper rhythm.

You can book either a birthwork session (pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, emotional support, womb ecology & motherhood) or a personal guidance session (regenerative system design for creative projects and life transitions).

Kai meets you wherever you are, and walks with you from there.

How booking works

You can start in two ways.

Option 1: Book an intake first. Book your general 30-min intake with Kai, get to know each other, and decide if you wish to continue working together. If you decide to work together, the amount of money for the intake will be deducted from the sessions you book with your practitioner.

Option 2: Book your sessions directly. If you already know you want to work with Kai, you can book a session or package right away, no intake needed.

In both cases, you book by filling in the application form below. After sending the form and completing the payment, Kai will contact you via email to confirm your first session and give some extra information.

If you book a package deal, you will schedule your first appointment yourself. After that you will schedule the appointments with Kai together in your first session.

When you book a 1-on-1 session through Beyond Psychology, a small part of your payment supports our platform. If you prefer your full payment to go directly to Kai, you’re welcome to book through her personal website instead. Note that the intake deduction only applies to sessions booked through Beyond Psychology. Either way, your choice supports meaningful, trauma-informed work.

Pricing

A 60-minute session with Kai is €95. Package deals with discounted rates are available. Sessions are offered online.

Our pricing is designed for private clients. For employer-sponsored sessions, we offer customized corporate rates upon request.
